J’ai ajouté des questions sur la pratique du sport et des questions sur leurs connaissances des rêves lucides. Je n’ai toujours pas analysé les résultats … :/

Le projet

Le projet a pour but d’expérimenter autour du sommeil et plus particulièrement des rêves lucides.

  • Comment dormons-nous ?
  • Comment rêvons-nous ? Venez partager vos idées !
  • Quelle est la fonction physiologique du rêve ?
  • Qu’est ce que le rêve lucide ?
  • Comment faire des rêves lucides ? Certaines de ces questions sont toujours en cours de résolution par la communauté scientifique et tout le monde est le bienvenu pour contribuer à trouver la réponse.

S’éveiller en rêvant : Introduction au rêve lucide Une fenetre sur les rêves de Isabelle Arnulf. C’est une revue assez représentative de la recherche sur le rêve, magnifiquement bien écrit et plein d’annecdotes passionantes!
